The Eberspächer Hydronic M II 12 is a second generation coolant heater for diesel engines from 3.5 to 6.0 liters. With a maximum heating power of 12 kW, it is suitable for utility vehicles and minibuses with large engines, camping vehicles, boats and yachts, as well as for heating the cargo compartment. The heater is designed to heat the passenger compartment (cab), warm up the engine and remove ice from the windows. In yachts and camping cars, the device can also be used to heat service water.
Eberspächer hot water heaters operate independently of the engine and have the double advantage of preheating the vehicle interior and engine. The heaters are built into the engine water cooling circuit. The resulting heat energy is transferred to the vehicle’s own heat exchanger and gradually enters the vehicle interior in the form of warm air through the available air ducts. The residual heat from the coolant is used to warm up the engine. And in summer, the Eberspächer Hydronic can be easily converted into a stand-alone ventilation system. Practical controls such as the Eberspächer digital timer or the innovative remote control guarantee total comfort.
